Can I customize thread tools with my own drawings or samples?
Yes, fully support OEM & ODM customization. You can send us CAD/UG drawings orphysical samples, our engineers will evaluate and produce custom thread mill and tapswith unique size, thread standard, shank, coating, laser logo and packaging.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard stock thread tools support 1 piece trial order. Customized non- standard toolsMOQ is 10-50 pcs based on processing difficulty, we support small batch testcooperation for new customers.
How long is the production & delivery lead time?
In-stock standard products: 1-3 working days delivery. Custom thread milling cutters & taps: 7-15 working days production. International express delivery 3-7 days, sea freight 20-40 days according to destination country.
Do you provide quality inspection reports?
Yes, every batch goods will be inspected with thread measuring instrument, micrometer, roughness tester. We can provide dimension inspection report, material certificate and export certification for customs clearance.
